Every six years, representatives of the Ursulines of the Roman Union from different provinces will gather together at the Generalate in Rome, Italy for the General Chapter.

It aims to decide and plan for the Congregation for the next six years. After the meeting, there will be a Chapter message which is a guide for each Ursuline province to leading to life. The Ursulines of the Roman Union in Thailand have laid out the guidelines as the theme of the annual campaign for the sisters and includes everyone involved in the educational mission, both in the formal school system and in the non-formal education.

It started with the 2001 General Chapter message up until the last General Chapter in 2019, when it announced our "Road Map” for our living in unity as Ursulines of the Roman Union around the world.
